		<description>As a long standing resident of the City of Dallas, the only thing surprising in all of this is that he was by DeKalb in the first place.  Not only is this guy incredibly bad news... the information was readily available at the time of his hiring.  It has taken years to clean up the mess he left behind in the Dallas Police Department.

People in the City of Dallas were literally dumbstruck when we heard he had been hired; as Bolton himself tearfully said himself when he left Dallas &quot;no one would even hire me as dog catcher!&quot;</description>
