If Chambers really cared about her Atlanta-area constituents, she'd be working to address that mutli-million dollar shortfall instead of picking fights over a $160,000 a year lobbyist. If Chambers were doing her job and lining up support for MARTA among other legislators, MARTA might not need to hire a lobbyist in the first place!
