		<description>What is physically wrong with the Dome?  That thing was new only, like, a couple years ago.  Someone need some building contracts or land deal or something.

Dome was supposed to liven up its neighborhood but, eh, the Northside Drive side looks pretty much the same to me.  I wouldnt want to live across the street from a big stadium -- it&#039;s deadsville most of the time, mobbed with visitors shoving inside other times.  What good is that for neighborhood life or commerce?</description>
