Fix the campaign finance system and you'll see a ripple effect of improvements everywhere. It's all about the money and as long as we have an election system that keeps politicians starving for corporate campaign cash we won't get anywhere on most of the other problems. They are actually symptoms of this one. We have to focus like a laser beam on the money. Change that and it puts the politicos back to working for us.
