Common sense has prevailed. If you put your divorce in the hands of a lawyer and you don't get information that 'issues' came up in competing it, whose fault is it? If you live with someone for a certain length of time, it can be considered a 'common law arrangement'. If you are not living with a spouse, should that be considered a 'common law divorce'?
